Subway - Jonesboro

A delicious Subway sandwich is made with fresh vegetables and the service is excellent.

The restaurant always serves fresh food. I didn't see any mixed-flour dishes or specials, but they do accept coupons. It's located right on Highway 54 Jonesboro Road, with easy access.

The manager, Regina, has a very unpleasant attitude. The customer service is lacking. This was my first time encountering her. I have never had any issues before. The only reason I would consider going back is because they have a perfect health inspection score of 100.

Bad customer service! the person who made the sandwiches mask hanged under her kinen when she had a running nase (big medium-sized black young woman, 27-35 years old.) the mask should cover her mouth and nase. I looked at them very closely to make sure that they didn't use their hands to wipe their face. it would have done meaning if she had stopped and blown her nose. I have asked another believing because the Italian crimp and cheese fabric under boiled (satisfied view) with a large hunk of unmelted cheese on the side look. she said, “You wanted cheese....” if I spend my money (I am the customer) I can ask one if something is wrong. I didn't react to her sarcasm. I just wanted to get out, especially after 15 minutes waiting. I'll never go there again.

Service was slow. Although they had 3 people working on the line.. It took 30 minutes to order 2 footlongs. It seemed like the employees didn’t know what ingredients were witch. Asked for oven roasted chicken said they were out, it was in the bar. Asked for Mozzarella cheese they gave me gouda or whatever that white round cuz is. The bathrooms were leaking water on the floor.
