Starbucks - Jonesboro

You are gonna sir in the drive through no less then 30 minutes then probably have your order wrong as well. I don?t k ow why they can?t hire or keep good employees

Good coffee as always from a starbucks, but they are always so slow! Be ready to sit in the drive thru line or inside the building for 30 minutes for your coffee! Not a great location.

This place is so disgusting. I don't typically give Starbucks my money because they're anti-American, but my daughter was wanting to try a pumpkin spice latte, so I treated her. I was considering a treat from the Cold Case until I saw a family of flies feasting buffet style on everything inside the glass. There were also several flies inside the restaurant as well. Overpriced and overrated. I will continue to make my five-star coffee at home.

The next day, my mom reviewed her recent transactions and discovered two additional Starbucks purchases on her card that weren't what we ordered. I'm not sure how to address this situation or if there's a way to report this employee, as she seemed very pleasant when taking our order.

At every other Starbucks I've visited, completed drinks are placed on the outer counter for easy pickup, so I'm not sure why this location does it differently. This setup creates unnecessary delays for anyone trying to grab their order quickly. For instance, today I notified an employee that I had a pickup order, and I waited over 30 minutes before the staff realized my drink had actually been made shortly after I arrived. My name was never called, and instead of being accessible, my drink was left hidden on the back counter until someone noticed it.
