Wendy's - Joliet

I wasn't asked what size I wanted for my meal, which is usually the standard practice—if not asked, it defaults to a small. Instead, I was given a medium meal without any consultation. This was frustrating, especially since I noticed that Wendy's online ordering system clearly outlines the charges, but the way it was processed in-store did not reflect that. It's disappointing that a national chain isn't training its employees properly, as I ended up paying an extra 90 cents for something that should be clearly communicated. To make matters worse, my food was barely warm and the fries were definitely past their prime—they tasted old and needed to be refreshed. Wendy's really needs to invest in better training for their staff and improve the overall experience for both customers and employees.

The spicy chicken filet was overcooked and dry, the fries were limp and nearly cold, and there were no napkins in the bag. On Monday, August 22nd, the young lady at the counter was stunning, but the meal itself was disappointing.

I waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru just to place my order on a Sunday at 7 PM. That’s ridiculous, especially since the restaurant was nearly empty. This definitely cannot be considered fast food.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I have placed an order by the app and in the order window. I told them I had a command to pick up the window, but they never gave me my command. I have canceled the order by the app and they have still accused me of an order I have never received. they never gave me a refund when I called and complained. this place always has problems. I will never return to this place again, no matter how hungry I am.

Employees were not friendly at all the food wasnt very good. Looking behind the counter the floors were filthy. Can only wonder what it looks like were the consumer cant see.
