TGI FRIDAYS - Joliet

Many dirty tables do not sit clear and people are waiting to sit. Eat was good, nice and hot. server very good. even after our meal many tables sit dirty.

The service was not great, had to ask for schirr and serviettes, waiter took a long time to come back to the question whether we were ready to order almost immediately after the arrival of the menus. my wife and I ordered the same plates (center cut sirloin and shrimp combo medium rare) my sirloin was in order, but my wife was hard when the waiter asked how everything was mentioned, but the waiter said only sorry and hope that they enjoy the meal. my wife saved at the end a part of the plate to show how hard it was and could hardly cut it with the knife. at this point we asked to see the wut, and she took the half of my wife's meal off the sack. that helps us to feel a little better that we did not pay the full fee, but would rather have had a good meal at first place and were happy to pay the price for the expectation. we do not go back and will not recommend this place.

Went in a Saturday for a master's department, sitting on a big table, it was easy to talk about the table, was delish

I'm not coming to anyone to let us wait for 15 minutes or better another family come they wait, they notice that nobody cares when the dame comes, said she was busy commanding, but the place had only three families sitting and eating already. I say the dame again, I have a rswp that I made it open table and she tells me I still have to wait, even with a rswp and they don't have the pills more so the rswp doesn't play. eating was bad my steak was sooo little brokkoli was different colors black and green to be exact, and I ask for steak sauce she brings me one that empty I for another, it is empty again I ate only the steak level not eating the sides. so they don't have to burn on open table because they don't have the tablet for it so they don't know who rswp.

We sat at the bar, as the reservation was for our son and his date for homecoming and the only other place to sit would be right next to them. The bar service was not good. Never asked to refresh drinks, dinner took forever, appetizer never removed. The lady at the bar was hustling, but she would disappear for long stretches of time. Food was good.
