Potbelly - Joliet

The food was delicious, but the prices were unreasonable. Paying $15 for a small sandwich and a tiny soup is excessive.

Hello Yelp community! I want to say that I really like the sandwiches at this restaurant. I decided to order online and have it delivered because it's a lazy Sunday. I was pleased to see that my order was made perfectly. I especially enjoyed the wreck sandwich, and now I'm ready for a nap. Kudos to the staff at Potbelly for consistently making great food. Keep up the great work!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and made my sandwich just the way I wanted it. The food was high quality and delicious. The dining room had plenty of seating options, including booths, low and high tables, and even some outdoor seating. There was also a convenient drive-through window and ample parking. The decor was nice and highlighted the local history of Joliet. I would definitely visit this location again.

We dine at Potbelly's because we love their chili! On our visit, we also ordered a Wreck sandwich. Unfortunately, it was the messiest Wreck we had ever experienced. It seemed like it was thrown together hastily, with an excessive amount of hot peppers. Despite requesting no onions, they were still included. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience at Potbelly's.

The sandwiches are consistently delicious and the soup is also excellent. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere all receive top ratings of 5.
