Mrs. Fields - Joliet

I visited this kiosk cookie shop, which I usually enjoy. My friend and I wanted to grab some cookies while our teenagers were out shopping. A blonde girl named Sarah, who was quite unpleasant, refused to take our correct order. She swore at us for no reason and ended up giving us the wrong items anyway. We had been polite throughout the entire interaction, but we were met with dirty looks as soon as we approached the counter. I won't be returning until there's a change. If I could, I’d rate this place 0 out of 5 stars, solely because of her. Sarah does not belong in this role and should not be interacting with customers. Her behavior was very rude and unprofessional.

This place is fantastic! They have the best cake in town, and the service is consistently excellent. They also offer great gift options. It's my go-to spot for all my party needs!

Delicious food and fantastic staff. The cheesecake glasses are simply outstanding. They are a bit pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for, and it's worth every penny.

Love the sugar cookies with m&m's! And the smoothies! Oh. My. Goodness. The smoothies are awesome! They just added TCBY frozen yogurt and I've only gotten to try the cookies and cream and it gave me the milk and cookies effect I always felt was missing from my cookies. The girl who works there, Francesca is sweet and always puts up with me when I can't decided which smoothie flavor I want... and never gets mad when I ALWAYS wind up getting strawberry banana!

It's so good. Ashley is my favorite worker here, she's so nice
