Contribuiți la feedbackCan someone tell me if this restaurant is still open for business? Also, when can I expect to receive my W2 form? It's the only way to contact the owner. They should cover my gas expenses since I have to drive all the way there and waste my time, even on a Sunday, for nothing.
Beef was good. I got her fresy bark, and I think it would have been better without weighing the cheese. the construction of the sandwiches could have been better: the brot was not far enough cut through so that the half of the sandos was only brot. we tried her mac and cheese and it was really the worst mac I had. their fries and the tastes were good.
I recently had one of the best burgers I've had in years at this restaurant. The French fries here are my absolute favorite in the country! The employees and service are just as excellent as the food, and the prices are reasonable in my opinion. Also, the chicken, beef, and sausage dishes are delicious as well. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Half-cooked bread sandwich with a hint of beef. Asked staff if the sandwich was made properly due to only a few shreds of over cooked beef on the sandwich. They confirmed that they consistently offer a poor value sandwich.
When they first opened up I watched them make 3 orders in a row and all 3 they customer complained they were incorrect. Mine was as well.Ok they are new and these things happen. I ate my food and wasn’t overly worried about it.I spent 20 years as a GM in the restaurant industry and know the problems with grand opening that’s why you do a soft opening folks)Ate there about every 6 weeks or so since and it seemed to be hit or miss on orders being right. My wife tried 3 times and all of her orders where incorrect. She gave up.I still went as I enjoy the beef and cheese and fries when it was served correct.There was a heavy set guy who was clearly the manager and seemed to be taking control of things and getting it consistent. Was it perfect every time? No but you could tell there was progress being made and he cared about what was leaving his counter.Went there 3 days ago and for my 13.00 dollars I was served a half order of fries and and beef that maybe had 2 to 3 oz of beef on it. That was my last time.As other customers have complained of the same thing it appears they have shrank their portion size,Likely do to finances but I warn you as someone who spent 20 years in the business are a high level.Food handling and safely are next to slip.Eat somewhere else.
