Arby's - Joliet

I was here today and they were super busy. after about 12 minutes (I know it was 12 because the timer on the screen, the pending commands show) I hear the kerl working ask the people about my sandwich. they said they had done it and sent it. at this point I was frustrated and didn't want to wait any longer. the manager comes up and was super nice. she returned my order. when they returned it to my card, my order was done. so they gave me the meals for free. my attitude was eager and frustrated, but the manager was very apologetic and nice. they took a mistake in the job and frustrating experience and made more than for them. how she treated everything was very professional and accommodating. I will return

I recently started visiting this restaurant because of some enticing coupons. I wasn’t previously a fan of Brat-Rind, but their menu has become much more diverse, featuring items like the buffalo chicken sandwich, Italian sandwich, and a variety of sliders. I’ve begun to try new dishes and have really enjoyed them. The jalapeño poppers and cheese fries also make excellent side options. It's never overly crowded, and the staff is friendly.

The food was good, but the wait time was frustratingly long. There was no line at all. I ordered the regular roast beef and a potato cake, paid right at the window, and then waited fourteen minutes for my order. I was quite disappointed.

Eat was great, served hot and fresh. Tasteful. the parking lot is however a catastrophe! huge **** that goes into the parking lot of jefferson. more huge pots holes in the parking display well. I just stopped the traffic to get in, because I had a front end orientation and didn't want to screw it up and get another alignment.

The food was good and the service was pleasant, especially given that they were short-staffed. However, I was disappointed by the state of the lobby and restroom floors, which appeared to have not been cleaned in months. It's unfortunate, as the restaurant has a great location, but issues like this can tarnish its reputation. I deducted three stars due to the lack of cleanliness.
