The food is perfectly seasoned, though I think the portion sizes could be a bit larger for the price. Perhaps adding some side options would help? Overall, the food is fantastic. Rating: 5/5

Let the good times roll! The gentleman running the food truck is not only incredibly friendly and welcoming, but he's also a true master at crafting Cajun and Louisiana-inspired cuisine. I tried the special of the day, which included his gumbo, fried trout, and fried shrimp (as shown in the picture). I will definitely be returning to sample more dishes. It's always a great time for some Cajun food!

Fantastic experience! The food was delicious and prepared fresh to order. The portions were very generous, and I can't wait to return. I would have shared photos, but my family couldn’t resist and finished everything off too quickly! Haha!

What the hell? The spicy chicken is insanely delicious. I highly highly recommend the 3 meat combo with 3/4 lb Jambalaya bowl.

He was so nice and offers samples of everything to make sure you like what you are getting to eat. This is the perfect type of food for this weather. The freshly squeezed lemonade was delicious. Strongly recommend everyone tries it!
