Faculty Of Caffeine

From the moment I step in to Faculty Of Caffeine, I felt very welcome, atmosphere was very nice, interior of the cafe is great and classic. So far I went 2times and I have a good impression to the cafe, the food was delicious and the display of its food are good like the Unagi Tempura Bowl, Chicken Maze Ramen, Korean Fried Chicken, the food are just to great to describe, and it meets my needs when comes in having a great meal everyday! The staffs are very polite and friendly, always smiling and they ensure each of their customers to feel welcome and also to enjoy their visits and meals in Faculty of caffeine. I would like to recognise a staff which name called Louis, young good looking guy who served me 2days ago when I visited FOC, he is very professional in his work, very polite, friendly and ensuring my food are serve at the respective timings that I want preferred like my desserts. He also went a extra miles for me because my phone battery was low but no hesitation, he borrowed me his charger to get my phone back up in time. Really impressed by the staff at FOC and The Replacement! I really enjoyed my visits whenever I come Johor Bahru, I would always recommend my friends to come! Food are great and the staffs shows professionalism and the right attitude in all their customers. I remembered some of the staff names that have served me before, they are Clement, Peiling, Ziqing, Mingfu, Yumi and lastly Louis, they really show good professional attitude when serving their customers! I believe this is the 2 main points that what we customers wants to see and also having such a good atmosphere cafe to enjoy our meals! I will definitely rate 5 thumbs up! And also The Replacement Cafe!

We visited on a Monday morning, so no crowd ... coffee good (better than Singapore! and good serving size. Recommended.

Friendly staff and excellent service! Food portion could be bigger for the price charged though.

Had a visit and tried their Fried Chicken Maze Ramen, it was great! Service crew was friendly, ambience was nice too . Would definitely visit again.
