Wing Shack 8th Avenue - Johnstown

Update: the wings were cooked perfectly as usual. Great opening night experience. We love Wingshack. I'm so glad Johnstown has one now too! We're here for the grand opening at 4pm and they have good traffic. Plenty of seating for diners and folks waiting for carryout. Two cashiers for quicker service. Gorgeous interior. Can't wait for them to pair with a brewer!

Pretty consistently good food. (A couple of times my carry out order was overcooked, but that's pretty rare. Best eaten fresh on site, in my opinion. The sweet potato tots are sublime. Also, a nice selection of beer on tap.

It was late and We were looking for a close restaurant to eat at and wing shack in Johnstown pulled up on google. I was super nervous about going after reading the reviews that popped up on YELP and seeing the photo with a raw wing made me nervous but we were super hungry so I we decided to stop in and try it anyway. So glad we did! Before we arrived I thought because it was late we wouldn?t get the best of service as the workers would probably be over their shift and readyto be out the door but it was the complete opposite. The place was super clean, the wings and service were by far better than b dub?s and everything came out fairly quickly. The lady at the bar and the waitress were super sweet and didn?tmake us feel rushed. We really enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere! Also, I would say the pack with wings, fries and a pitcher of beer is more than reasonably priced! Highly Recommend this place! ??????????

4.5 stars. Recently moved to the area and have gone here a lot. Had one batch that was too greasy, otherwise great wings! Golden hot and a couple of the dry rubs are my go to. I like the fries too.

Wing Shack in hits just right. Perfectly tender, bone comes right out. The mild Buffalo sauce was a little runny and the teriyaki was a little sweet. Solid otherwise. Teriyaki and Buffalo flat wings
