Pizza Hut - Johnstown

Very serious. when they give up a new order, call no longer in the load. they go to a call center where no one in the building ever cooked or even seen a pizza in their lives, no one speaks English, and they try to load them $47 for two medium-sized 1 pizzas (extra cheese was the 1 topping.) they call the load directly and no one takes off. they continue to try to create an online account to order, but says my phone number is already in place and I have sent reset links to all my email addresses and send an email that they were not able to find an account with this email, but I can create one. if I click on one, he wants my phone number and if I put it in, it says in use by another account. almost impossible to even place a job. seriously over price for quality. also the last time that I ordered there in the last months when I get my pizza, all the slices are stuck together because their pizza cutter is boring. I wish they'd clean it up. Previously, it was a good place, now it's just going down.

This order was better than previous order because we actually got what we ordered not a cut back version.

I tried to call the store to place my order. It rings for 7x then it drops the call forcing you to place an order online. When I placed the order at 9:06 pm, it said delivery would be 30-40 mins. You website will not allow me to change my updated phone number so I put it in both the text alert field and with delivery instructions. I chose the leave it at my door option and even placed a chair in front of the door. At 9:25pm I received a text saying it was out for delivery. I waited over 30 mins and no one ever showed up. By 10pm I drove to the store where the door was locked. I knocked loud on the door for over 5 mins before someone came to the door. I was told he knocked on my door for 5 mins before he left with my order. He said he canceled my order and tried to call the number on file (which you wont update). I told him he could have emailed me or called the other number provided on my order. I also reviewed my security camera footage and it does not show anyone on my porch or even coming down my road. He said I could have my order still if I wanted it. At that point it had been sitting on the counter (instead of the warmer) for over an hour and my food was ice cold. Beyond disappointed!

Courteous timely professional and delicious food, excellent service

Over a hour waiting for a order and kept getting told sorry. Finally I canceled the order. Don't know how many time the manager printed the tickets and throw them away. Was also told no delivery then while in the store the delivery man came in from delivering and went back out to deliver some more.
