Mcdonald's - Johnstown

This McDonald's has the best staff I have ever seen I will drive out of my way to go to this McDonald's!!! The managers in the morning are so amazing!! They will do anything to accommodate a customer, the guy at the Galleria McDonald's treated me like **** especially if i want something done specifically!!!!! I like my bacon almost burnt, The cocky jerk actually told me they could not do that!! The girls on scalp Avenue take care of me treat me great and they go out of their way for any customer!!

Edit: a couple days after posting this, the owner called me on the telephone to talk with me. She was super nice and apologized. She said she would take measures to correct this and send me some coupons to use for the inconvenience. She is very nice and I can tell she cares deeply about her business. Thank you for your professionalism in taking care of this matter. I will definitely be back! My mom came back from McDonald 's on Scalp Avenue in Johnstown (5 minutes away) and my Double Quarter Pounder with cheese was so dry...the meat was like leather and same with the cheese. There was one small piece of onion on it and I 'm pretty sure it wasn 't even in the correct bun. It was awful and even the writing on the box said 'FRESH BEEF cooked when you order, but there 's no way this could have been sitting less than an hour or two. The only slightly saving grace was the fries. They weren 't fresh but at least they were edible.
