Trattoria Romana Johnston

Server Julianna was outstanding! Vitello Parmagiana sauce and the salmon were both excellent. Would highly recommend Trattoria Romana to everyone!

Our first time here in our new hometown of Johnston. The atmosphere was like a very classy party. Everyone was jovial and enjoying themselves. When it's crowded it feels like it. Service was excellent. Multiple people checked on our table and our server was spit on. Discreetly gave me a new knife when it was taken with appetizer. Pasta serving was huge and my swordfish and scallops were fantastic! Will definitely be back!

This was our first time at trattoria romana. It will not be our last. We felt like we were dining on federal hill without traveling to Providence. Our calamari was excellent. Chicken Marsala and Fettuccine Alfredo were both delicious. We were greeted by the owner and her husband. It reminded us of being greeted by the late Sal Marzilli from the Old Canteen.

We hadn’t been here in a while. We live in Massachusetts and this restaurant is in Rhode Island, which is not that far away, but we usually go to it when we have to go to the airport. It did not disappoint. It was excellent as always. Our waitress Sheila was fabulous, food was outstanding, it was just an all-around enjoyable experience that we almost skipped due to inclement weather, but decided to go anyway. It was well worth it. Look forward to going again soon.
