I can't say enough good things about this bakery. They would not know that this was a gluten-free plant only by tasting the products because they are all fantastic, especially compared to the typical gluten-free foods around. Most importantly, however, is that you can count on your food from a safe and reliable gluten-free cuisine. Who is better familiar with your desserts than a doctor who has celiac itself?

I paid a visit to the bakery for the first time yesterday. I kept my expectation low as I had sampled other goodies from gluten free bakeries around to find that they really weren't very good. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious their goodies are! From the free sample of lemon coffee cake (which was moist and delicious) to the sampling of goodies that I took home, everything that I have tasted is so good! Last night, I had the Strawberry Strawberry cupcake and it was so good! No artificial flavoring and it wasn't overly sweet either. This morning, I had the orange cranberry muffin and that was also really good. I still have the cinnamon bun and a carrot cake cupcake left to sample and I have no doubt they will both be delish! Can't wait to try the everything bagels that they just posted about!

By far the best Gluten free bakery I've found. Very delicious and above all the rest I've found either locally or actually anywhere. It is that good.

Just discovered this place while visiting family in Rhode Island but I’ll be making the trip more often. Hands down the best gf bakery is be found! Even my non celiac fam left with two boxes of their own treats, that’s how good it is!
