Dunkin' - Johnston

I can't say enough good things about this dunkin. Food is amazing, customer service is perfect, and food is always delivered on time! Shout to Hailie, my favorite employee! She's the best!

This Dunkin Donuts is within Shell Convenience Store on rt 6 in Johnston. The coffee was freshly brewed and had a good selection of donuts and muffins. The only problem was the line and wait. Only 1 person working behind the counter that caused them to lose a few sales this day!

I called this Dunkin Donuts to make a big call-ahead order. I ordered about 10 coffees via the phone and the person who answered the phone took all orders so fast and was very nice and personal. After I hung up, I thought there was no way they got everything right because they took the order so quickly. When I showed up, I was happy to see that all coffees were made PERFECT and were ready to pay and pick up for me. People there were so nice and greeted me with smiles. I was so happy that I offered them a very generous tip, which unfortunately said they can't take. I was actually upset that I couldn't give them any money for how great they were. I asked them all about their name so I can go online and give them a glowing review. Their names are: Ashley, Adam and Vinny. They work well together and should all get an increase.
