Mcdonald's - Johnsonville

I understand that most of the employees earn minimum wage, but if you're going to interact with customers, you need to meet a certain standard of service! On my last visit to this McDonald's, I waited an entire hour just for a burger and fries. When I finally got my order, I received a burger with onions—despite my request for none—and the cheese was merely tossed onto it, not even melted, and the burger itself was cold! The fries were so greasy that you could practically squeeze the oil out of them and use it to fry another batch. The previous review was spot on—the milkshake machine is always out of order! And don't even get me started on the sweet tea, which seems to contain 50 gallons of sugar. Sure, we’re in the South, and we love our sweet tea, but we don't want to risk a diabetic coma from just a few sips! McDonald's, for the love of all things holy, get it together and hire people who actually know what they’re doing!

The staff is generally friendly, though occasionally you'll encounter one or two who aren't very pleasant. However, the service is incredibly slow. I arrived at 10:45 PM this evening only to find they were already closed. What kind of nonsense is that? If I had alternatives nearby, like the other places next to McDonald's, I would definitely choose them over this location. The main issue here is the poor customer service, and there always seems to be a problem with one or two of their machines. I haven't been able to get a milkshake for months! The place has also been quite dirty; perhaps if they cleaned more often, things wouldn’t break down so frequently. I'm really disappointed. #helpmcdonalds
