Taco Bell - Johnson Siding

Absolutely miserable service, i watched an old man in front of me wait more than 20 minutes. The man behind me left before getting helped, I was here for 2 deliveries, both of which were missing their drinks, when I asked for the drinks the kind gal who helped me took over 5 minutes to return, the resources are spread too thin and it is the direct reflection of the management (or lack thereof) currently in place.

The food is consistently excellent and the staff are friendly.

Food's usually pretty good, but more recently I ordered some of their nacho fries and they brought them to me cold, soggy and stale. C'mon guys, do better!!!

This is a newer Taco Bell and it is fairly clean. The food is what you'd expect from a Taco Bell, and the staff was a little lackluster. The only problem I can point to is, they had some syrup leaking out of the pot machine that was flowing into the dining area, when customers told them about it, the employees said there's nothing we can do about it. There was plenty to do about it and a better way to talk to the customers.

Had food
