Pizza Hut - Johnson City

I ordered a sausage, mushroom, and onion pizza and was amazed that it was ready in just 13 minutes after I walked in. The staff was incredibly friendly, even though they were busy dealing with a lot of phone orders!

I received a prompt response to my call, and my question was answered efficiently.

I had a disappointing experience at Pizza Hut. First, I didn't receive any assistance with the promotional booking. Then, I ordered a pizza with BBQ sauce, expecting a tasty meal. Unfortunately, the pizza was dry, extremely thin (despite ordering the original crust), and there was no BBQ sauce on it at all. Instead, they just provided a small cup of BBQ sauce on the side. Safe to say, we won't be returning to Pizza Hut. I'm very disappointed, as it used to be a favorite of mine.

Great experience. Pizza was great, hot, and ready on time. Nice job Pizza Hut.
