Ming’s Asian Cuisine - Johnson City

My wife and I love this one. Everything is amazing. However this time everything was horrible. My coke was flat. The chicken was dry and cold. The sauce on the chicken tasted burnt. The rice didn't even taste good. Maybe someone was having a bad day but one bite of each and I wasn't hungry anymore.

The food is consistently good whether you choose to dine in or take out. The restaurant is not crowded, which is a plus. However, there are a few drawbacks: the music was a bit too urban for my liking, the carpets were dirty, and the waitress was not very friendly.

We dine here at least once a week! The food and selection are excellent. Everything is incredibly fresh.

I've only dined at this restaurant once, but it was an excellent experience. I ordered green tea, sushi, and steamed pork dumplings. Their menu is extensive, featuring both Japanese and Chinese dishes. The ambiance is pleasant and quiet, and the service is attentive. I also ordered the fried cheesecake to take home for later. I would appreciate it if they offered more healthier specialty sushi rolls, as nearly all the options included some form of tempura or fried fish or crab.

This has become our go-to Chinese restaurant in Jersey City. I really appreciate that the chicken isn’t overly breaded. My son loves the sushi. My husband and I usually stick to the classics; we always order the General Tso Chicken and Egg Flower soup, and we adore it. We visit at least once a week. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is outstanding! We never have to wait for a refill, and everything is served promptly. I can't recommend it enough!
