Fox's Pizza Den - Johnson City

While I did enjoy the food and service one thing that bothered me was that I heard someone nagging about my what dipping I chose with my boneless wings and it was just...unprofessional to say the least lol. ???? not saying that to be picky or whatever youwanna call it but it was pretty rude and kind of deterred me from wanting to provide my service here again. Edit: in responseto your reply, (it won't let me add a comment underneath the one you added btw! it was sat, November 26th at around 9pm. Also,didn't comment to get anyone in trouble! Just wanted to share my experience since this is a good restaurant and I enjoyed it!

This will be the last time we order from here. Our order was to be delivered at 9:05pm and we did not receive any communication about a late delivery. I had to call store to find out where my food is. Pizza did not arrive until 9:38pm.Disappointing. Reply: Owner, Yes, Order was placed online. 11/28 Pizza was cold, and it obviously had been sitting ready for awhile before it was delivered. The last few times I've ordered we have had this problem. I've worked in food service many times,and know things happen, so I tried to be understanding. However; late deliveries have become the norm for your business.

We were in town visiting and ordered delivery online to our hotel and were pleasantly surprised at how good our pizza was. It was better than any pizza we have back home. I definitely recommend and will have it again when we come back in a couple ofmonths.

Consistently the most frequently late delivery of any place ever. Today, was the last straw they forgot to make our order. After over an hour we called to check on it, they hung up on us. I called back and spoke to a manager, they blamed it on newstaff and made no effort to make it right. At least they refunded us after much back and forth. Do yourself a favor go withScratch, Main Street Pizza, Luke's, etc.

We had ordered the big daddy pizza and an order of the cheese bread on 09/05/22 for the football game. Well the pizza was actually good but the Cheese bread was hard as a brick. I understand mistake happen and I?m sure they were busy considering it?sthe first weekend of college football and the bread might have just been left in the heater too long. Well we call back andexplain this to the manager at the time and she was understanding and very polite about it and offered to give us an additional20% off on our next order. We already work at crown Laboratories so we also get a 20% discount. I call in the next day to ordermore food and cash in on the 40% discount offered and I?m not sure what happened between now and then but it seemed like I wastalking to a different person. She was blowing hot air when I mentioned it and said well we don?t have a 40% discount button.The only thing I said was well why did you offer it then?.. she proceeded to say hold on and just put me on hold when anotherlady said she was the general manager answered. We told her the situation very nicely and then she says that she didn?tappreciate us being rude to her other manager. At this point I told her never mind on the order because it made us feel like wewere in the wrong trying to use the 40% discount offered. I will never do business with that location again. Multiple peoplefrom work tell me they are very rude and I got to experience it first hand! Would not recommend!
