Chick-fil-a - Johnson City

The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. They are some of the nicest people you'll ever encounter.

The service was incredibly friendly. Everyone was attentive and eager to help. It was my first time trying the grilled chicken, and I have to say, I was quite impressed. There were also many side dishes—probably more than I needed—but I’ll definitely bring the extras home to enjoy later!

Ordered two sandwiches; both came with terribly cold and hard bread that looked nothing like the usual Chick-fil-a buns. Took the sandwiches back only to get the same thing (except the second time around they didn 't bother to make one of the sandwiches with extra pickle as ordered). One chicken breast was extremely thin and very inadequate. The other chicken breast was thick but very dry. What quality they did have seems to be seriously slipping.

Chaotic and childish. Entire staff is young and juvenile, and it reflects in the service. AMBER is a terrible shift lead. the business operator, Jimmy Lane, could care less about fixing any issue or customer complaint.

Tried the new smoked BBQ chicken sandwich.Don't waste your money.Not there normal chicken sandwich. McDonald's has more chicken on there chicken sandwich compared to this one.Hardly any BBQ on the sandwich and could not taste the bacon.
