Super beautifully located at the Hochmoor we were welcomed as a larger group very warm and very well versed. We are happy to come back this year...;

I recommend this accommodation and restaurant to any nature friend. There is a well-equipped kitchen, well-kept drinks and cheap accommodation and a very well-equipped apartment. In addition, the host is a specialist for bird breeders (including cactus) and for (especially) talks. In the summer months there is a constant butterfly show for free to visit. Restaurant Henneberg is a jewel on the comb of the Westerz mountains!

We wanted to get to Pension Henneberg and after 5 km drive on a forest road in the middle of the forest a real witch hunt. The greeting was almost family-friendly, we were shown the cozy but somewhat old-fashioned room and then we enjoyed the last sun rays in cold drinks. The small menu is a sign for me that the dishes are usually also freshly prepared. And so it was! Ore Mountain and Bohemian treats spoiled us for the best. Especially cool was the cheerful serenity that prevailed in the original guest room. The only drop in wormwood was the fact that the toilets were in the basement, and our room on the 1st floor. Even morning breakfast didn't miss anything. It's almost perfect. Those who like rustic charm and do not hang the personal claims too high are very good in this hiking hostel.
