Cafe Fraterno - Johanneshov

This new neighborhood café is very cozy, with friendly staff and a warm atmosphere. There are some tables outside to soak up the sunshine, and even the tables inside get a nice dose of sunlight. Their lattes and black coffees are delicious, especially when paired with their tasty dips and snacks. As a vegan, I do wish they had more options for baked goods, and maybe some sugar-free options for diabetic customers. Despite this, I believe this café has a lot of potential.

Our previous experience with one of their baristas was not the best, but this time in 2022, we were welcomed warmly by the staff. We tried the Nonna's taste and were impressed by the pistachio gelato. Most gelatos in Stockholm are overly sweet, but the ones here had a perfect balance. The magic of this place is how the twins create such a beautiful atmosphere.

Situated at a central location in Hammarbyhöjden with a cosy interior. The staff is very friendly and service minded. The coffee is fresh, well brewed and tasty. The stracciatella ice cream is (figuratively to die for. I have really missed having a café like this in my vicinity :

This is my go-to spot for lunch and enjoying a fika break! The smoked salmon poke bowl was absolutely delicious.
