Momo &o - Johannesburg

This place makes fantastic Ramen. It's on most occassions absolutely delicious and comforting. On one or two occassions the broth has been a little salty. The noodles are made in house and are great, meat and veg toppings are always fresh.

I went to Momo O last night with some friends. Everyone really enjoyed their food! I had the teriyaki beef bao and chicken bao, which were phenomenal. The only downside was the temperature the restaurant was very hot and there was only one small fan to try alleviate the heat. I think the restaurant could do with investing in some ceiling fans or air conditioning units. Other than, we really enjoyed the place.

I’ve been here five times and I still love it! The ramen is delicious. My favorite is the Formosa. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. I take long to eat and I’ve asked twice to have my food reheated and they always do it with a smile on their faces.

This was the second time I tried out the Momo franchise and I forgot how good the food is! I tried out the Ramen Miso which was the perfect balance of saltiness. The Shanghai Momo bowl was heavenly too. Service was great even though there was load-shedding (generators backed up instantly). Very pocket friendly.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The service was exceptional, particularly from a young lady named Mercy, who I believe is the manager. She was very helpful and kind. It's encouraging to see an establishment that supports young black women, especially in this industry.
