Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Jesup

Drove up to the drive thru at 8:30 tonight and asked for the popcorn shrimp, the guy told me the fryers were turned off? I said ok and left. Not sure why the fryers were off. It says they close at 10pm? So are they only serving after a certain time food that don’t need fried? So I went to another near by restaurant and got my liter fresh and hot.

Reason it’s the lowest rated place in town is bc of the staff’s attitude.

The counter service was a little slow because of computer problems, but the server was very polite and courteous. The food was delicious, but the dining area needed some attention. There was no ice in the drink dispenser, and the tables needed cleaning.

When I finally received my food and pulled away, I felt compelled to check the bag, only to discover they had forgotten the fries. Outraged, I returned to the window and told them I wanted a refund since the order was incomplete. Again, the employee said she couldn’t assist me because too much time had passed. She didn’t even offer any compensation like extra food or dessert. At this point, I was furious. I placed the sandwich and drink on the ledge and walked away. I will never eat at Popeyes in Jesup, GA again!

I don't understand how they are frequently out of certain dishes when there are hardly any customers. This place is ridiculous, and the customer service is terrible.
