Burger King - Jessup

Fries were undercooked and burger was over cooked it tasted burnt and the nuggets had a lot of sodium like if they were fries never thought burger king can fuck up this bad but damn this store gotta step their game up , worst burger king i been to . dont go to this one specifically go to another one even if you have to do that extra drive youll be thanking me after reading this

Worst Burger King I have ever been to in my life. I got a microwaved whopper.... Enough said. Don't waste your time or money. Service was horrible. The area is already sketchy, they could at least provide a decent meal to the customers who risk going there. I will NEVER be back.

I was in this location three days before Christmas 7:00 AM drive-through believe me worst shitty service I ever see attitude, rude mean dammit we go to fast food not for the food for the service service after that hand me my back everything was messed up. I believe she did it as the purpose she dropped everything savage hash, brown sugar, and cream mixed together, honestly I don't have a time and I don't want roll my early morning before Christmas. Otherwise I was going inside and dump it to her face never ever I am going to put my feet over there anymore. That's why Burger King goes down and McDonald goes up only for the service, this location it was service I ever see. I hope they close this location soon people they don't have to be suffered for that shitty service.

I ordered a meal on the app and came into the place waiting for my order for 30 minutes!!! and once I asked them where my order was they told me they didn't have my order! The location was right and I checked many times and I was at the right Burger King! The cashier was rude as well and I saw many people leave and complain with the same issue!

Usually I wouldn't write a review about Burger King because it's Burger King lol however, I've gone to this Burger King for the third time in the morning before work at 8am and it's the same worker there and she has the most unprofessional attitude. She clearly doesn't like her job. The first encounter with her she cut me off when I was ordering in the drive through. I wasn't done with my order and she just turned her mic off. I was just there saying hello, lol. And this past two times she has completely ignored me when I've asked two question and pretended I wasn't there. Like I get people have bad days but everyday? So yea that's that
