The Lodg - Jersey City

We heard this location was closing down, so we popped in to support them on their last weekend of business. We tried the pecan and peach donuts, as well as the fried chicken donuts. Each was delicious and full of flavor. We were both surprised how much we liked the fried chicken ones!

The vietnamese cold brew is so good. Their donuts and cinnabon buns are so yummy. I can tell they use high quality ingredients

Freshly baked cinnamon rolls are extremely rare because they are complicated and time intensive. My eleven year old daughter was thrilled that this special treat is available so close to home.

I did a Too Good to Go and it overall was such a terrible experience. I showed up at 5:40 for a pick up (my pickup said 5:50 but I thought maybe it would be ready, no worries if not though), the girl at the front without smiling, greeting me, showing me any welcoming emotion said by law she can 't give me anything until 5:50p. I just walked out and then came back 10 minutes later. I was trying to make small talk with her saying that it was my birthday and I 'm picking up a few things in the neighborhood and then my friends and I were going to split everything.... again she didn 't even have a fake half smile, just looked miserable. She hands me my bag and I walk to my car and I open it .... I got 3 glaze donuts ... thats it. This too good to go deal was $6 .... I csnt imagine these plain glaze donuts are more than $2. So what deal did I get? Seriously 3 plain, glaze donuts in a bag? I will not be checking this place out again.

Doughnuts were dry, overly sweet. They weren't good and over priced, service was good and ambiance was ok.
