Port-o Lounge - Jersey City

It's a nice place. The food range from fair to good. I wish they changed up the music and I thought the waiter forgot about me

Port-o Lounge was really good! The tapas were excellent and there were a lot of options for drinks. We ate at the bar and enjoyed the atmosphere. I'd recommend it.

We decided to give Port-o Lounge another try after our initial lackluster experience. The food is quite good and beautifully presented, however the service is indifferent at best. There are too many great restaurants in downtown Jersey City offering great food and greater service.

Delicious food with wonderful music backing it up. Brazilian Portugese sound with great Malbec from neighboring Argentina. Ketel One martinis were great to start. An offering of port and a cognac by the host went very well with the espresso.

The restaurant has a bit of a rough atmosphere. The appetizers were excellent, which is to be expected since it's a tapas place. However, most of our main dishes were disappointing, with the surf and turf being particularly bad. The paella was the only standout dish at our table. The drinks were satisfactory.
