Contribuiți la feedbackMy experience wasn’t great at all. First of the sandwich was as basic as they come. I had the tuna sandwich and wasn’t impressed at all. My bread was soggy even though I asked for it to be toasted I was very disappointed indeed. Not to mention my boyfriend and I spent nearly $30 for two basic sandwich and he asked for a cup of ice and tap water and the lady gave to him but not before letting him know that next time he will be charged and additional $1. Not great at all. The staff are not great either. I will not be returning there again . I’ve not in my life had an experience like that getting a sandwich. ?
This place checks all the boxes. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Just had the Italiano and the cheesesteak and holy WOW! two of the best sandwiches I ever had. Amazing food, very clean place, exceptionally friendly service, we will be back for more and more! Our new favorite sandwich shop!
Not only does this place lack professionalism (literally see every other 1 star review, the common theme is rude/unprofessional service), but they literally affected my delivery rating with ubereats because their ego’s refused to listen to what I am saying, and instead the “manager” took the time to tell me that I was wrong for doing my job. In order to confirm a delivery, I must match the name on my app with the receipt, and confirm that all items are listed. When I asked to see the receipt and confirm, he refused and said “confirm the order first.” Against my desires, I went ahead and confirmed before actually seeing the order. After delivering to the customer, I look to see in my account that they’ve made a negative remark with Uber, stating that I was unprofessional. That caused my satisfaction rate to go from 100% to 97%. This affects the type of orders I get, so essentially his ego now impacts my ability to work. All I wanted to do was explain that according to the requirements in the app, that I must look at the receipt and confirm that everything is correct. To which he replied “we never mess up”. Well, I’d love to take your word for it but unfortunately, if an item is missing, ONLY I as the driver is held responsible for that. And I know this because I have ran a restaurant for years and have had these conversations with Uber before, as well as customers whose orders were messed up. It’s unfortunate that customer service isn’t the priority for this place. You can literally see that to be true in the negative remarks left here by others. I’ll never say “don’t eat here”, because I have more respect than that. Too bad they don’t have enough respect to be honest, and instead chose to tell Uber that I was unprofessional for simply trying to make sure the order was correct.
Absolutely THE BEST! Visiting from Indiana. I had the caprese chicken special. Husband had BLT, Son had Eggplant Parmesan, and daughter had chicken California sub. By far the most delicious, high quality sandwiches we have ever had. It is very rare that we all agree on restaurants. We had the Tres Leche for dessert. My only regret is living 11 hours away. Excellent quality, flavors, freshly prepared and very friendly service.
No exaggeration their eggplant parm is genuinely the best sandwich i have ever eaten. Staff was super friendly too. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are clearly marked with a leaf icon
