Miso Ramen - Jersey City

The Pork Ramen, Wild Pepper Spicy Ramen, and Takana Ramen were all delicious. However, I must deduct one point because there were no chopsticks or spoons provided. It's the little touches like that which can enhance a dining experience, especially when ordering food for delivery. Additionally, there were no napkins included with my order to my airport hotel, which was disappointing for someone in transit.

I enjoyed the Tofu Ramen, the tofu was very smooth and tasty. I was hoping for more vegetables in the vegetarian ramen. The Crispy Chicken Bun was amazing.

I absolutely love the Chashu Ramen at this restaurant. It's one of my go-to comfort foods. Despite having a gluten allergy, I have never had any issues when I order the rice noodles. They are simply the best!

Ramen broth had very little flavor and just didn't taste like ramen broth. I barely ate it and was very disappointed. the short ribs were tender and well cooked, but I wouldn't order again. Gyozas were tasty!

The service was good, but unfortunately, the low rating is due to the food quality. It is rare to find poorly made ramen, but the spicy pfefferramen at this restaurant missed the mark. The texture and taste of the broth were just off, and the chicken karaage ended up being more like a fried flour paste.
