Johnny Rockets - Jersey City

Been here a couple of times, food is good, but service is extremely slow. One time they had us standing there for almost 20 minutes waiting to order, until one of the workers decided to show some decency and tell us that they were closed, because there was no sign up or anything.

The bacon cheeseburger and sweet potatoes fries were delicious! The customer service was great and outstanding I'm highly impressed with all of the workers. I look forward to coming back and referring my co-workers and friends.Twitter @cblochdInstagram @CordelleHD

This was our first time ordering at Johnny RockietsMy order was delivered and food was missing. I reached out to the manager and he told me that he was gonna reimburse me and provide me with coupons/vouchers to use at the restaurant. I feel that he should've reimbursed me for the total order of items purchased. I will never order or dine in at Johnny Rockets.

Me and my mom decided to go here since it's been a while since we've been at Johnny Rockets. Super slow service 1 hour for fries and 2 hotdogs. Fries were cold, one of the hotdogs was full of condiments and vegetables and was huge mess. The shakes were alright. It was a meh experience

Neat place. Great service and delicious hamburgers and french fries crispy , but not greasy just wonderful.
