Ibby's Falafel - Jersey City

This place is the best! I had a lamb shawarma sandwich with falafel, and the meat was freshly grilled and so juicy and flavorful. The food was served hot and delicious. I can't wait to go back. Cheers!

My friend and I stopped by this restaurant for a quick bite. We tried the chicken shawarma pita and it was delicious! The meat was tender and the ingredients were fresh. The service was quick and there are a few outdoor seats available if you prefer to sit down to eat. Overall, the food quality is good and perfect for a meal on the go. The only downside is the limited seating inside and a minimum expense of $10 if paying by card.

The restaurant was decent. I appreciated the affordable prices and the high quality of the sauces. However, I was a bit disappointed with the falafels and vegetables.

Small space with fast service. outside they have tables to sit and bring their order to them. in the inner there are not everywhere to sit they have to buy home sauces and desserts.

Contrary to the restaurant name, they do serve more than just falafel. My Pharoahs platter definitely was a feast for the eyes as well as stomach. There was a generous portion of grilled chicken on a bed of rice, two pita breads with a side of hummus and salad. The chicken was flavorful but was a tad on the dry side. The amount of char on the chicken could seem like a cancer waiting to happen but it didn't taste at all burnt. Overall, they have a lot of selections and service was ok. I would be back to try other offerings. They could get pretty busy but the wait wasn't too bad.
