Great Wall - Jersey City

This restaurant is excellent. The prices are very affordable and the food is well-prepared. In my opinion, it is even better than most American Chinese restaurants you can find in New Jersey. The staff are very friendly and always strive to meet customer needs. Compared to the nearby Burrito Square, I would choose Great Wall 100% because of their superior food quality and atmosphere.

I was planning to get lunch from this place, but my employees informed me that it is not clean. Two of them recalled seeing a bug in a dish. I apologize for spoiling the appetite, but I felt the need to share this information.

The food at this restaurant is delicious but on the expensive side. However, as many other reviews have mentioned, the service on the floor is terrible. The employees are rude, hang up the phone, and even scream at customers. It is a shame because the food is some of the best in Jersey City.

I’m usually skeptical about ordering Chinese food from certain places. However, I took my chances ordering food from this place. The food is always fresh and delicious. The egg rolls are not too greasy and the house special fried rice is super delicious. Some times I come from NYC just to buy their food.

Never disappointed.... Reminds me of my favorite Chinese spot from back home in NY.... Just wish they delivered or was available to be ordered through one of the apps, like UberEats or something....
