Dunkin' - Jersey City

I went to Dunkin today, between 3:15 and 4:15 today. I was compelled to write a review, I had the most amazing iced cappuccino made by this girl. I wanted to give her a shout out, she put a lot of the higher end cafes to shame. Mine was a mobile order so wait times were reasonable. Every Dunkin’ is different and depends on the staff, but we must acknowledge when someone goes above and beyond. That was a great cup of coffee. Please keep up the good work. I hope she continues working here, since the turnover is pretty high. Cheers!

I have had surprisingly good experiences at this restaurant, usually visiting after 12pm. The drip coffee is of good quality, tastes fresh, and is made to order with the requested amount of creams and sugars (customers must ask staff for milk, as it is not available for self-service). The plain bagels and plain glazed donuts are enjoyable. However, I do not recommend ordering any "fancy" drinks, such as lattes, as they taste unpleasant and strange here, as well as at any Dunkin' Donuts. The drip coffee can taste old and bitter if purchased after 5pm. The afternoon staff is friendly, but the managers are not.

The restaurant was clean and conveniently still open on New Year's Eve when everything else was closed. We stopped in to rest and grabbed some munchkins to go. Everything was good except for the strange vibe from the music, causing us to leave earlier than planned. Overall, the customer service was good, with the cashier being very accommodating. However, our table was somewhat dirty with napkins and trash left behind. No one attempted to clean it or ask us if we needed it to be cleaned. Therefore, we give this restaurant 4 stars.
