Chipotle Mexican Grill - Jersey City

I'm not sure who manages this restaurant, but the staff definitely needs better customer service training. If someone is working in a role that involves interacting with customers and they don't enjoy it, then this job may not be the right fit for them. It was 9:10 PM when I visited, and the employees mentioned they didn't have certain items because they didn't want to use what they had prepared. Considering the store closes at 10 PM, that doesn't make much sense. One employee even advised the customer before me against the brown rice, saying it was hard, and then I was told that rice was unavailable altogether. Additionally, the presentation of the food was quite poor, and the restaurant itself appeared dirty.

The staff's attitude is quite negligent. They frequently get orders wrong and seem indifferent to the customers' needs. It might be best to replace the entire team with more attentive and caring individuals.

I placed a mobile order for pickup. The employee did an excellent job with my order on August 1, 2023, at 8:50 PM.

Horrible staff had to walk out in the middle of my order , maybe the staff is listening to pod cast while taking orders but it's like they are stupid and really have a hard time
