Brightside Tavern Bar - Jersey City

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. Tom helped us celebrate my girlfriend's mother's 75th birthday. Thank you for the awesome time!

This restaurant is one of the top spots in all of Jersey City. The owner and staff consistently provide excellent service to all customers.

Went to the Late Development show and the vibe was great. Food was pretty good. The waiter probably wasn't used to the crowd, because I asked multiple times for items and they forgot and never showed back up, got the order wrong, and had to be told to take an item off the bill that was never brought. Good show

We didn't eat so I can't ride the food or service, but we showed up for jazz night. It was lovely! Atmosphere is top notch with a relaxed, neighborhood vibe, yet sophisticated enough to hold some professional Jazz musicians. More than respectable performance, I could have considered myself in Manhattan. After the first set they play amateur Jazz musicians which were also very good. I'll come back for a longer set next week. Definitely adding this to my list of regulars!
