Caribbean Vibz - Jersey

I especially enjoyed the cured goat, which was incredibly delicious and juicy—the meat just melted in my mouth. They also offer a great selection of cocktails, although we didn’t try any on this visit. The restaurant has seating both indoors and outside, providing beautiful views of the sea. If the weather is nice, sitting outside in the evening is lovely, with the sound of waves lapping against the seawall while you enjoy fantastic food. The verdict: We love Caribbean cuisine and have tried many places in London, but we both agree that Caribbean Vibz stands out as the best. We will definitely be back!

I dined here on my first night in Jersey and was offered the cured goat, and I have to say I was not disappointed at all. I've had traditional cured goat before in Barbados and Jamaica, and it brought back so many wonderful memories. I highly recommend this place!

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay in Jersey, thanks to this restaurant. The food was wonderful, and the service was excellent. The restaurant offers a stunning view of the sea, and we also had the pleasure of meeting a very friendly host. I highly recommend it!
