Bistro Rosa - Jersey

The food was delicious, and the service was genuinely friendly. I had the daily special, which was a dessert featuring sea snails, vegetables, potatoes, and pears. I highly recommend it! The restaurant is small, located in the fish market, so I suggest making a reservation to avoid disappointment. The only downside is that you can’t try everything in one visit, which is why I’ve already booked a table for tomorrow. I give it five stars!

This restaurant offers excellent fresh seafood and locally sourced vegetables. While it's not upscale, the cooking is outstanding. There are only a few tables, so you may have to wait during busy times, but it's definitely worth a visit.

As always, everything was impeccable! The fish and seafood were perfectly cooked. The atmosphere and service were beautiful. It truly highlights each trip to Jersey.

Very busy, but delicious food. fixed price menu (avocado, king prawn and smoked salmon salad, followed by spicy monk fillets with scallops) excellent worth!

The food was excellent and an all male staff that were absolutely lovely highly recommended...
