Me and my family ate here for the first time last night. Service was great from beginning to end. Food was delicious. We will definitely be going back to Yama Chen!
The food was fresh, well seasoned, and neatly prepared. We loved how welcoming the staff were and how clean and presentable the restaurant itself was. The entire dinner my partner and I couldn’t stop complimenting how wonderful we were being treated by staff and how amazing things were especially since we came in a bit later at around 8PM on a Tuesday night. We’ll for sure be coming back here!
I cannot praise this place this enough!!My partner and I came here to try it out as we’ve passed it several times in our normal commutes and WOW!!We loved this place so much that we had to come back a few days later for more. Our first date we had chicken ramen, 3 sushi rolls (Philadelphia, spicy tuna, and super duper roll), a beer, a glass of (amazing) plum wine, steamed gyoza, and complimentary edamame, 2 spring rolls, and 2 cheesecake squares. All of that for about $62 pre-tip!! That price for all of that food is unheard of in 2023. If you want this quality and dimension of taste in food anywhere else, you’ll easily pay double than you will ever pay at YamaChen’s.Additionally, the service is phenomenal. The young lady that served us was so considerate and even brought over a little bowl for me to try my boyfriends ramen. Our second date (first few pictures) we came back and ordered the chicken ramen again, fire chicken with rice, beer, plum wine (because I’m in love with it), 2 rolls (spicy tuna and salmon roll), with complimentary edamame, 2 spring rolls, and 2 cheesecake squares. Again, all for about the same price!!Beautiful decor, amazing service both visits, and food to die for all for a great price.10/10 recommended.
We spend like $70ish for 3 people, with leftovers. There is no specific “kids menu” but it’s not needed really. We got my son the chicken yakisoba and an apple juice.I don’t see many restaurants offering Arnold Palmer drink so I got that. My husband and I shared a few rolls. We were given complimentary edamame, spring rolls and when your check is brought you get mini cheesecakes. A very nice treat.Friendly service and the food was ok. Not super delicious not bad. Just okay.
