If yur goin to charge $3 for a buttered bagel try and put some butter on it

I used to order by text with scheduled send from my android phone first thing in the morning bc it takes them forever to prepare. This was a decent workaround. However recently, the systems broken and you either don't get a text confirmation and even when you do, show up and there's no order ready. I've been late to countless events bc of this place. But I want to patronize a small business instead of disgusting DD. However their poor service making it real hard to continuing coming here!

They don't know what they are doing here, I emphasized that I wanted unsalted butter with the dozen and half bagel that I ordered for delivery, when I was ready to sit down and eat the bagel with my family, I discovered that the butter was not only salted but heavily salted despite the fact that I don't eat salted butter. I called up the store and they started transferring me from one person to the other and they ended up hanging up the phone on me after wasting $38.46 on this business.

Bagels are good but $1.75 per bagel and $16 per pound for cream cheese?!6 bagels and 1/4 lb. Veggie cream cheese was $14.50. A bit much for sure. Other bagel places are not as pricey and are more reasonable.
