This place was formerly 100% on point, now not so much. I got the WRONG order again. I spend a lot of money on this ice, I expect what I pay. I almost always buy online and I don't hurry to pick it up. Why is my order always wrong? my last command was MISSING toppings, for which I were paid and toppings added, which I did not ask! the management has to talk to some of the girls on the counter, as their customer service is not available. I'm sick of it. piese get together a bit!

Absolutely horrible. Ordered a cake weeks in advance, explained exactly how I wanted the cake. Owner helped new employee take the order. Explained he would be making the cake and understood the detail. I paid and tipped over 20% clearly a mistake as the cake is nothing to how its suppose to be and the top looks like you let a 5 year old decorate it. Don't waste your money go to carvel if you want an ice cream cake.
