Service is good, the night crew of servers is awesome, eating is good, but kitchen crew is a little slow and tends to overtake some dings

I had a alligator sausage po boy and a bowl of shrimp gumbo. Both were good . But service was non existent. She spent her time behind the counter standing there . Place has potential!
