Wendy's - Jennings Lodge

Somehow they manage to consistently forget my cookies and frosty. This time they actually gave me a cookie bag with no cookie inside. Get it together. I wouldn’t be ordering from here if there were other places open so late. This location is ridiculous

Rude employees who easily overwhelmed by simple orders. Will not acknowledge in a timely fashion. One was a recovering addict who acted like he knew what he was doing, which he didn't. This Wendy's is horrible. Do not advise to come here.

Everything super fresh Customer service very helpful!

The food is freshly prepared enough, so that by the time I'm home 7-10mins later, it's still warm. Open until 2 am, and has been consistently good. Other than Burgerville, this is one of the only chain fast food joints I bother with.

Worst customer service ever... multiple people in line in store plenty of people working not one employee acknowledged our presence... unbelievable
