Contribuiți la feedbackA place for all you porketarians out there. All sorts of cured pork yummies from heritage pigs fed, what else for the northwest, hazelnuts (aka filberts). Pictured here is their porcetta on rustic bread sandwiches. Only a few tables there, the staff was so helpful and nice, gave us some wonderful samples of some meats we were interested in for the charcuterie board we're bringing for Thanksgiving. WHOA. Like, WHOA. Other than the incredible service, the meat selection is DOOOPPPEEE. $70 EASY spent. I also enjoyed a Cotto Sandwhich, dine in, which was literally incredible. Even the bread was delicious. I could have used a bit more aioli but still….mmmuah. They have a cider from Ciderboys called Grand Mimosa…GOD, delish, I don’t even drink cider and I ended up having two! The staff was extremely sweet (I got a little freebie!!! Shhh) and one of the chefs in the back was also nice eye candy … – show
Delicious meats, large selection and they even have gluten free bread which can he hard to come by. I had the Cubano melt and it was a delicious lunch!
This place is the best! Great food, farm raised meats and the best Capicolla you'll ever eat! Saw the place on Triple D's and wanted to see if it was as good as it looked on T.V. It was even better than expected!
Had an amazing sandwich here when I visited a couple of years ago. So y’all still have prosciutto sandwiches?
