The yucca was burnt, the lomo didn’t have much flavor, the papa was undercooked, the tallarines were lightly sauté with the verde sauce (it’s supposed to be thicker), and the meat lacked salt. Also the papa a la huancaina didn’t have the decorative hard boiled egg on top like it’s made in Peru. For the price I also expected something better speciall … – show
I’m so glad I came across this food truck! Purely authentic! Absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!! It’s worth every penny. You won’t regret it. Mouthwatering food!! There’s a parking lot right behind the food truck and little picnic table set up off of the main street. Service was fast and I still can’t get over the food… delicious!
Delicious, with authentic Peruvian flavors! My Peruvian husband has very discriminating taste buds and really enjoyed Seco Norteno and Lomo Saltado.
The flavors of the dishes at this Peruvian food trailer are authentic and delicious, even though it is not a traditional restaurant setting.
The food at this restaurant was excellent overall. The beans were a bit too salty today, but the dishes were fantastic. The chicha morada was a bit watered down for my personal taste, but I may be biased because I have had better chicha at home and at other Peruvian restaurants. Despite this, the food was still really great. The duck dish (pato) was particularly fantastic. I would definitely recommend paying a visit to this restaurant.
