Food truck located on SE 82nd that we have visited previously on Belmont. The food is delicious. We came for lunch on our most recent visit. We started with the fish ceviche which was tasty and then had the lomo Saltado and a plate of plantains. Other than the sauce on the saltado being a little too salty, the veggies on the plate were excellent.
Excellent food, basic seating and service. Would love to visit again.
