Saint Burrito - Jennings Lodge

Fantastic tuna taco! The fish was good and perfectly cooked. I got it fast, although there was a long wait for their obviously popular burritos.

So good! Got the chicken burrito bowl and there was so much flavor in every bite. Chicken was so juicy. Have to get the habanero hot sauce it is delicious (and very spicy).

The hype is undeserved. I recently saw an article stating Saint Burrito is Portland's best taco truck so I had to check it out. The food is essentially on par with Chipotle. The chicken and the carnitas were fine, but it was nothing to get excited about. It tastes like another heavily Americanized take on Mexican food. Their food is really very good, but it takes a while, and they are not terribly sympathetic about it. Today I went to order, and they were actually closed, but they waited forever to tell me, and you wouldn't know, because they really seem very open. So… good food, but it can be a frustrating experience to actually try to get it.

Ehhh I don’t understand the hype here. I think their food is pretty flavorless to be honest.
