Missipi Chef - Jennings Lodge

Omg-Melinda and her crew know how to put on a spread! I ordered catering from her for our school staff and everything was healthy, fresh and delicious! We ordered the kale salad, pasta salad, creole quinoa, mac cheese, Cajun chicken tofu. Everything was on point. She is so classy she sent us with disposable warming trays, little printed out labels so people with dietary needs could know what was in the dishes and serving utensils. The staff was so impressed and it was really nice to be able to treat them to a really nice lunch! (I could've eaten the whole tub of that kale salad I will be recommending Miss'ipi Chefs to everyone I know and look forward to the next time we get to place an order with them!

I had such a great experience working with Missipi Chefs for a catering event I did recently. They were so helpful with delivery and set up. Their menu is amazingly flexible with excellent gluten free and vegan options that are unique and delicious along with their regular delicious food items. I had several guests comment on how good the vegan and gluten free items were and how they were so pleased not to have the same boring options as most places. I could not have been more happy with how this went and I will hopefully be working with them again soon.
