Took my wife out for a dinner date on a Friday night. The food is fantastic. I love that they post their specials on their website ahead of time. All of the pasta is home made. We tried 3 different things: — Alfredo: Added chicken and this was creamy and delicous. One of the great food gems of the city! You will not hear about this place in a magazine, or restaurant list but this place is truly great and has been for years. The staff is warm and friendly and the atmosphere is cozy and quaint. With only a handful of tables inside this place makes you feel like you are enjoying some homemade Italian dishes in the comfort of your own home. I have been here many times and very much enjoy it. Sometimes the portion size seems small for the price but for Portland I would say there are much worse ways to waste your money.

We got the garlic chili oil spaghetti, pesto fusilli and lasagna. The garlic chili oil was a bit bland without eating with the olives (I don’t like olives). Pesto was fresh and tasty. Lasagna was also very fresh and cheesy. They also gave us some focaccia from the start. Everything was about $50 including tips. Highly recommend.
